Basey’s Roofing is a locally owned and operated company. Gary Basey, his family and all of the employees has provided Oklahoma City and the greater Oklahoma area with complete, quality roofing products and services since 1978.

When Gary started this company he knew he had to offer superior roofing at a fair price-and then back it with the best service possible. And if you ask our customers, we’re confident they would agree.

At Basey’s Roofing we are fully insured for your protection and offer written labor and material warranties. We will work closely with your insurance company to help make getting a new roof for your home a priority and less stressful for you. Financing is available as well for your convenience.

For us, a professional roof estimate begins with accurate measurements and a careful inspection. We check for damage and note any special conditions that factor into the cost of the roof repair or a new roof.

How Long has the Contractor been in the Roofing Business?
Staying power is a result of a well run business.

Does the Contractor have the financial strength to weather economic downturn and honor warranties?
Request for down payments, prepayment, or joint check request could signal financial weakness.

Does the Contractor provide a clear, written contract specifying procedures and products?
It is impossible to compare proposals without a detailed outline of the work to be done.

Does the Contractor provide a written labor warranty as well as a written warranty on all products?
Quality manufacturers offer warranties on both composition and wood roofing.

Is the Contractor experienced in your specific roof application?
15 years experience in commercial roofing does not qualify a contractor to install cedar shakes.

Is the Contractor a member of respected trade organizations?
Membership expresses desire to keep abreast of a changing industry as well as industry acceptance.

Is the Contractor Insured?
Oklahoma State Law requires Worker's Compensation Insurance.

Does your Contractor have written installation guidelines and training programs?
Quality installation can only come from trained applicators.

Is the Contractor reasonably priced?
Unusually high and low bids should be avoided.
